Inclusive Financial Services (Private) Limited gets top National Customer Service excellence award at Zimbabwe Institute of Management National Awards Ceremony
Inclusive Financial Services (Private) Limited received the best Customer Services Excellence award from Zimbabwe Institute of Management at the National Awards dinner held at Cresta Lodge on 20 July 2018.
Inclusive Financial Services (Private) Limited was praised as an outstanding company that is giving excellent customer service. Thus it was awarded for being the best customer focussed company in Zimbabwe. The organisation has 14 branches in the country and reaches out to finance SMEs, Microenterprises and Youth entrepreneurs. The company also offers Microleasing and Microhousing. Ancillary services include micro insurance, agency services for electricity tokens purchases and cross boarder bus tickets.
Inclusive Financial Services has consistently won a number of accolades since its inception in 2012. The staff compliment is comprised of young energetic people who are professional and have passion for microfinance. The team is ably coached by its CEO Dr Gerald Zhou.
The awards ceremony which was held at Cresta Lodge was graced by prominent captains of industry in Zimbabwe and all the companies that won regional awards in different sectors of the economy.
